1. All carpets are examined as the home owner takes us through a brief tour of the areas to be cleaned.
2. Questions should be asked at this time.
3. All carpets are pre-sprayed with a Hydro Force system. This helps loosen up soil before the actual cleaning. Most companys charge extra for this step. Because we beleave this is essential it is always included.
4. Spotting is also started at this time and continues through the cleaning process. Spotting is also included in the fixed pricing. We are experianced cleaners who work very hard to remove all stains but sadly some stains result in permanent damage and cannot be undone.
5. All Carpets are then cleaned using our high powered truckmounted system (steam cleaning also called hot water extraction)
6. All waste is extracted back to the truck and held in a 110 Gallon waste tank. (There are two designated tanks, one for fresh water and one for waste water. It is impossible for anything but fresh clean water to be used in our cleaning process!!!!)
7. We are able to move most furniture ie. sofas, coffe tables, chairs, dining room tables etc.. However there are things that we cannot move some for physical reasons and some for liability reasons ie. pianos, large screen T.V.'s, filled china closets, beds with headboards.
8. Plastic Tabs and Blocks are placed under any furniture that might be vulnerable to moisture. This protects the furniture and carpets as well. Our water is supplied by a 110 Gallon Fresh Water Tank.
9. Towards the end of the job additional products like deodorizers or teflon are applied.
10. Once again there are no surprises in our billing. Our phone quotes are very accurate. In the event of a change for instance; an additional room is added, the price would be dicussed before cleaning and would be consistant with any specials or coupons available.
